This is a 3 day course

• Award in education and training Level 3 This course is for anyone who wants to become a trainer in their own industry. You must hold a hair or beauty certificate.This is an online only course.
• Learn at your own pace
• 6 months to complete
• Course manual included

In order to pass this course you will need to (Inperson):

1. Complete 3 short exams

-Understanding roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training

-Understanding and using inclusive teaching and learning approaches in education and training

-Understanding assessment in education and training

2. Complete a micro-teach lesson plan

3. Complete a 15 minute micro-teach session

Payment is non-refundable. You must be 19 years old for this course and will need to hold a hair/beauty qualification for 1 year.
